Kelsey brings a powerful combination of skills to Carnegie Private Wealth: a trained attorney with the operational backbone for growing investment firms. As Chief Oppperating Officer and Executive Vice President, she is responsible for firm execution, management, and translating the strategy into action.  

Kelsey began her career in law before moving to the operations side of the investment world at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and later Silver Point Capital. There, she led operational and regulatory initiatives and helped shape global growth strategy across capital raising, business planning, and infrastructure. Kelsey earned her bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Georgetown University in 2009 and her J.D. from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law in 2012. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys time with her husband, Patrick, and their two children, Tilghman and Dwyer. The family spends much of their free time outdoors, whether on the golf course, out biking, or on the tennis court.
