Jessica brings more than 26 years of financial services experience spanning operations, risk, and compliance. She leverages this broad background to identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundancy, and reduce operational risk. Passionate about helping others and developing high-performing teams, she fosters a culture focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. As Director of Client Service and Operations, Jessica leads Carnegie’s client service and operations functions, aligning people, processes, and technology to support clients and advisors.

Jessica grew up in Salisbury, North Carolina, and relocated to Charlotte in 2003. Outside of work, she enjoys running, fishing, and spending time with her family. During baseball season, she rarely misses a Houston Astros game. Jessica and her husband, Sam, have a college-aged daughter, Annabelle, and two Dobermans, Samson and Bodhi.
