He particularly enjoys guiding business owners, executives, and professionals through significant career transitions. Understanding that financial success requires a comprehensive strategy, James coordinates with tax planners, estate attorneys, and other specialists to address the full scope of his clients' financial needs.

James actively contributes to the Charlotte community as a Paul Harris Fellow and Past President of the South Park Rotary Club, while also supporting OneBlood of the Carolinas. He and his wife JoAnn have built their lives in Charlotte, where they raised their three children who now pursue their own professional paths after graduating from Appalachian State and NCSU.
