Grace learned early in her career that the best advice starts with listening. Working at a local bank while attending the University of Cincinnati, she saw firsthand how much people valued having someone truly understand their situation before offering solutions.

That philosophy drives her work today. 

Grace stays connected to Charlotte's professional community through the Charlotte Young Professionals Group and Women in Networking – Uptown chapter, relationships that keep her grounded.

Outside the office, Grace competes in sand volleyball leagues and explores the hiking trails around the Carolinas. Originally from Cincinnati, she's found her place in Charlotte.
